Distance Healing for You
Distance healing is a pleasant and effective technique that is suitable for anyone. It is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medical treatment or care that you might be presently receiving.

The process:
The first half of the session is used to feel, hear and see exactly what is going on inside of you, where you are blocked energetically, emotionally and physically in the body. I note down the information, sensations and messages I receive. Through this process, I am able to ‘connect the dots’ and understand precisely what is going on and what needs to be cleared and activated to facilitate natural healing.
Tools and techniques:
Acupressure points, energy and breathwork, specific tonal frequencies, the 5 elements, words and or phrases, tapping and therapeutic touch.
The practical side :

Take and save a photograph of yourself that clearly shows your face and body preferably in a standing position. You will be emailing and attaching this photo to me during our initial call.

Fill in your details and briefly explain what you would like to work on, either in the physical or non-physical body. It can be very specific or a more general aspect of your being.

On the booking page choose a slot that suits you.

While the Distance Healing session is taking place you are free to go about your evening activities as usual.

Afterward try to hold an awareness of any changes that are taking place internally and externally in your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies.

During our initial call specify if you prefer either a 30-minute Follow up call or a Recorded Message for your feedback option.

A 1 hour Extended Call can be booked separately if you need more in-depth time with me.
